Start your journey with our Self Aware Starter Packs, aimed to help you build a solid foundation for good posture from the ground up. With expert-led instruction you’ll learn the core principles of mindful movement using a blend of pilates reformer and mat based practice.

You'll be guided through the key elements of postural alignment, including:

• Developing a balanced mix of stability, strength and flexibility
• Moving with efficiency 
• Addressing imbalances
• Improving awareness and control

After completing the Starter Pack, you can choose the membership style that suits you best.

  • 10-Visit Pass – $130

  • Unlimited – $125 per month (or can be split into weekly/fortnightly payments)

All memberships include access to our self-led wellness studio, featuring:
